How to use:

• Diffuser: Add 5-10 drops of essential oil per 120 ml of water into an ultrasonic diffuser.
• Massage: Add 3-6 drops of essential oil per 15 ml of carrier oil, such as jojoba, almond and coconut.
• Bath: Add 8 drops of essential oil to 15 ml of carrier oil and swirl into warm bath water.
• Spray Mist: Add 10-20 drops per 30 ml of filtered or distilled water in a fine mist sprayer. Shake well and mist into the air.
